Main features of xcmg concrete batching plant

5 Feeding system adopts flat-belt or miter-belt to feed materials, and sets up overhauling passage.

Batching System:PLD Individual batching machine adopt electric weighing, automatically be applied for correction and measure.The batching aggregates can be 2-4 types which can be supplied as your requirements.
Weighing system:The system is with buffering device auto compensation function and very high weighing accuracy.
Cement silo: Adoption of sheet-assembled structure can solve the problems for transportation.With the dust collector equipment it can prevent dust leakage efficiently and the brake device can prevent dust caking.
Control system:PC+PLC control system ensures high reliability Simple/Standard for optional as your requirements.
